I'm going to Fleming's tonight for my birthday.

What Steak rub would you recommend out of these:

Classic Rubs
our custom enhancement for any steak

PORCINI MUSHROOM
with gorgonzola cream

BLACK & WHITE PEPPERCORNS
with F17 sauce

GENUINE KONA COFFEE
with orange-shoyu demi

Is this a thing now? I've never had to choose a rub at a steak restaurant

Downvotes for liking a coffee rub on steak. Got to love the boring "salt, pepper, and olive oil" crowd.

I think you're missing the point. The sauces you posted in bold are toppings, a rub is something completely different. I think you can get the classic rub, steak seasoning before grilling, and you can get one of those three toppings.

+1 for coffee rub. Use one I get from Trader Joe's all the time. It's great.
