no it's not. We are going to need to know your height, weight and whether your house has wheels.

Waste of money, everything they sell is cheaper elsewhere and and the main thing is eating right.

So true. Not until I started working in the financial industry did I realize how little someone's appearance of wealth mattered.

That Spark crap is caffeinated colored water w sugar substitute equivalent of a few vitamins. Sure, if you swill it instead of drinking Coke, you'll save some calories and might lose weight. It's just the Herbalife of the 20-teens.

"I lost so much weight replacing my meals with these shakes" fricking duh. You went from eating solids to drinking 2/3 meals per day
I have never understood this concept. Why drink a shake when you can eat a small meal with the same amount of calories and be way more satisfied?

It's called not being able to think for yourself.

why eat a small meal when you can drink it in a shake form and get the same calories and nutrients?

Personally speaking, a smoothie sits in my belly for all of an hour. A smaller meal can hold me over for several hours.

Because a drink doesn't fill you up

A drink doesn't fill me up like a meal does. Same with Afro above.

A drink doesn't satisfy my urge for a real meal. It's a drink, not a meal, too me.

Which have you tried?
I drink my breakfast often, have a huge appetite, and tend to stay full until lunch

Same. I never understood how someone can get a smoothie or something in the place of a meal. Not that they aren't good -- they just leave me still hungry. Hell, even most soups don't satisfy me. Definitely not brothy ones.

What do you drink?

Look up Bulletproof banana smoothie or pear & parsley smoothie

Smoothies don't do it for me, plus I'm more of a savory person. I rarely eat breakfast. Not a good thing, but I'm just not hungry in the early mornings. Might get a little hungry mid morning, but usually not until lunch, though I don't eat that a lot either. Sometimes, I won't eat at all until the evening. Just busy and don't think about it. However, if I get on a plane or in a car, there are instant urges for munchies. Usually a pack of peanut butter crackers takes care of it.

Pretty much the same way except I will eat a full lunch. I don't need a breakfast to get me until lunch. I don't have some huge appetite. Water will hold me over.

If I eat breakfast at say 6:30, I am ravenous come 9:00. If I just have coffee I am good until lunch.

I workout in the evening and a lot of times wake up starving. Not everyone is the same or has the same goals.
