Starbucks on Corporate (BR)

Looks like there will be a starbucks on corporate adjacent to Newk's. Will the one at Towne Center close? I'm assuming they won't be operating 2 locations less than a 1/4 mile from each other.

Paul, I heard West Monroe was lacking a Starbucks. Since you're a world wide entrepreneur and financier, ever think about opening one in West Mecca? I heard there was an open lot available on Warren Drive, between the Old Folks Home and the Johnny's Pizza.

I was going to start this thread last night!
I was wondering if there is a Starbucks within all Newks locations and maybe that was the reason. But seriously you can walk between the two Starbucks on Corporate. That is so confusing. We are BR. Not NYC. Is it really necessary?

because that is the rationalization for most of their close locations
to make it easier for people to get in and out and not have to cross traffic
