You did that one right. I think the reverse sear is the best way to go with a steak that thick.

Got damn! Here I was enjoying Father's Day weekend, watching the US Open, while eating cheetohs nekkid in my bean bag! Now I'm putting clothes on and headed to Costco!

PSA: These bone in ribeyes have made their way to at least the New Orleans location as of yesterday (7/2). $12.99/pound. Was located next to where they do the weekend seafood "roadshows."

Must be they do them on big grilling weekends. When I did it, it was Father's Day weekend and now you saw it on the weekend on the 4th. Solid deal for a splurge type meal.
