yeah, but their sauces should not separate.

Yeah I won't argue that. Particularly the saag. It doesn't help the consistency when that dish is too watery.

I do like their flavors but I think they were really off today. And the vegetable dish was way too oily today. I hardly touched it

They usually have one that is potato and eggplant. I really like that one.

BTW the old lady with the metry accent is the lady that literally eats there every day of her life

I'm amazed she isn't a huge fat arse like me

I figured when the gothic group started talking to her about how they were shocked to have not seen her.

Yeah I thought about fricking with you and telling you I was the Mexican dude sitting next to me just to see the awkwardness unfold.

that is my favorite dish there.

ill agree w neauxla. while i like their butter chicken, taj mahal is my favorite butter chicken ive had in louisiana.

i like bay leaf's menu better as a whole, but their butter chicken isnt quite as good as taj mahal's.

nirvana had a good butter chicken when i was drunk at voodoo, but it wasnt great when i tried it at the magazine location.

Bay Leaf usually doesn't offer butter chicken. Or at least it isn't on the menu

As a whole Bay Leaf is by far the best around

I just didn't like how I put the butter chicken on my rice and the solid bits stayed and a pool of water formed beneath my rice.

My first plate had lentils, saag, and butter chicken so I wasn't sure which one caused all the water. The 2nd plate had just a lil butter chicken but same result. Lots of water.

i argued this point with neauxla. then one day, butter chicken was on the buffet, so i had to take it back.

butter chicken wasnt bad at bay leaf, but taj mahal was better.

I remember this. It's definitely not "on the menu" though

I've never seen it on the buffet. They do seem to change up their buffet pretty often though
