I've actually noticed the crowds to be thinner than usual at Rum House. Might be able eat over there soon.

I've heard that they're hiring a pastry chef because Bobby Hebert wants to continue specializing in turnovers on Sundays.

Yeah I saw that too on my quest to find the menu. All I know is that there's the burger challenge and some "traditional Cajun items" and "fried seafood" according to an article. I want to see the actual menu though.

Haven't been as much lately, but I used to know the managers, owners and bartenders pretty well. I could just sort of get sneaked in when it was crowded. Not a great restaurant but has a few tasty items. If it's not crowded (which means really off hours) it's better.
