Shared that with my niece who has loved S'mores since birth.

If I make that for my wife we may end up with another child

I'm thinking a seven marshmallow ramekin of that would be perfect for the wife and me.

It won't seem easy when you go to clean that up

I make individual s'mores in the microwave.....graham cracker, choc square from a bar, nuke for 30 secs, add marshmallow and zap 15 secs more

You spray Pam or anything in the pan 1st?
Posted on 6/27/15 at 5:48 pm to MNCscripper
nope, used a non stick 12" skillet. the graham crackers didn't have an issue scraping the chocolate off the pan last night or today at lunch when I reheated it. don't see why it would be a problem washing it
didn't ever see a how to listed when I found that gif. but what I used was:
- 12" non stick skillet
- 2 bags of ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
- bag and a half of big marshmallows
- preheated oven to 400 degrees
- cooked for 5-10 minutes

Late bump but I had to dig this thread back up.

I didn't want to add fuel to the fire, but Chef Rob apparently did a knock off of this with some blueberry cobbler looking stuff a couple weeks back.

I'm experimenting with this tomorrow. Rather than make a dip, I bought a graham pie crust to bake it in

Update us on the pie crust method.

Non stick skillet ok to put in the oven like that? Did it have a rubber type handle?

I used the small marshmallows instead and used the whole bag of morsels. It tasted great but not all of the morsels fully melted by the time the marshmallows browned. Next time I'll only put enough morsels to cover the bottom of the crust.
It kinda fell apart after only being out of the oven for 10 minutes but we were hungry. I ate another peice later when the chocolate started to harden and enjoyed it more.
