I’m not sure what people are expecting, it’s a local version of White Castle. It’s actually pretty good for what it is, but some folks act like they’re supposed to be getting handcrafted mini burgers piled high with toppings or something. I honestly don’t get it, especially since that’s not at all what they claim to be.

As a restaurant operator I can tell you that many do and they also give you some kind of version of "this is just meat and cheese" when that is what they ordered

I like smalls in Prairieville. We get it for lunch and small work events every now and then, and it’s enjoyed by everyone.
I wouldn’t necessarily go get it to sit down with at my house on a random night, but it works great as a big party platter.

I mean i think the prices are on par with most fast food burgers and taste much better than most. I don't see why people constantly bitch about this place.
Is it amazing? no. is it way better than wendys and BK and McDonalds? yeah without a doubt.
Could I make a better burger myself? yeah. Could I get a better burger elsewhere? yeah
