Semolina is Back As a "Ghost Kitchen"

Comes from Zeas' kitchen. I asked the Waitr driver where he picked up the order.

when i first came to this state, this was one of the places i ate at. and ate at. and ate at before settling down in baton rouge area.

i hope they come back.

That could be a good MO for the ghost kitchen idea. Cash in on nostalgia for closed restaurants. Maybe make it for a limited time, before switching to another old brand, and use the "scarcity" like McRib (for a limited time only!) to drive sales. Rotate concepts every quarter or so.

Tastebuds Management owns all the Zea's, Semolina, and one other place i can't remember around here.

So do I...Their chicken marsala and pasta jambalaya were delicious.

After they shut down that Aussie dude, named Patrick I believe, totally redid the outside of the building. Can't remember what he named the place, but a ton of money was spent on the place to make it Aussie style and he lasted less than a year.

I'm guessing some investors didn't quite get their investments back.
