Who else is making meat today?

Pork butt has been going since 10 last night, just a few more degrees to go.

Chicken breasts for the wife to have in the days to come. Tomatoes and onions for a soup to serve this evening.

Just pulled off the candied bacon that's going in the potato salad. Brisket is at 178.

Brisket is off. Middle feels like butter, ends not as much. We'll see.

It’s my favorite thing to smoke.

I have a rack of beef ribs and two half racks of pork ribs on the smoker right now. Beef ribs are about 3.5 hours in and pork ribs are about 2.5 hours in.

Boston Butt on a new Weber SmokeFire. This was my first overnight cook and there were no issues. I used Bear Mountain Pecan pellets and they provided plenty of smoke. Should be ready to pull pretty soon.

No smokes today but it looks like the Masterbuilt is operational again after an element swap. $22 fix

It was great but seems very similar to brisket, so much so that I almost rather just do a brisket. Was fun to try it out and smoke something new.

Great beef ribs are like brisket point on the bone. Those look great.
