Successful for corporate yes. But you and I probably not, as we would have to pay for our products. I can tell you the one in Covington is dead 24/7. Panera is right across the street, and eats their lunch all day everyday.

The Salad Station across from Panera Bread on Hwy. 21 has zero business at all. Only reason they are still open is most likely to save face by not having a store close down.

EDIT - Salad Station looks legit, viewing the website. I was thinking more of a Jason's Deli or grocery store type salad bar, but this menu has a ton of options. And one is opening walking distance to me.

Hey Rouxman, just had lunch at the hwy 21 location. Walked in at 12:15 and there were only two open tables in the whole restaurant with about 8 other people in line with me. Don't know where you get your information.
