I am not sure if its the same owners

They had a dancing panda waving some flags in the front trying to draw attention

I kinda assumed it to be the same people just cashing in on a trend.

Normally I'd say a poke place would do well in an area with so many businesses, but poke is basically sushi so I still don't know if you can compete with that corner.

Is another Poke place opening in the old Dunkin Donuts off of Bluebonnet near Burbank? When I go in to my Waitr app it shows a Poke place at that location but it is not available. I haven't paid attention when I drive by to see if they are doing work or have a sign up.

You would think after the 20 other restaurants that failed there, someone would realize it's a shite location.

what's crazy is that when this place fails (which it certainly will), another person will come along and open a new restaurant at that location
