Go to Ruth's Chris if you want a steak. Ruffino's has great service and drinks but meh food. I've had their steaks, pretty ordinary, I'd be shocked to learn that they serve prime meat, I don't think they claim to but they charge prime prices. Also, they claim their meat is dry aged....you can't tell by tasting it.

I actually think they do a steak very well and it's a place I'll eat one. If they have the 45 day dry aged get it.

Ruffin knows how to buy beef since they used to be owned by TJ Moran who of course owned Chris'.

It's good and you can brag that you spent $30 on a porkchop.

Stick with the seafood and Italian dishes, there are better steaks in town.

Service there is usually on point.

Exactly my point.

And if anyone is interested I saw Tomahawk ribeyes about 2" thick at Sams yesterday for about $25 apiece.

They started dry aging their own meat and have a steak menu for such. Its very good, IMO. Be prepared tho, if you arent familiar w aged meat - it has a different flavor that some do not care for......but I love it and what I order everytime.

Wife loves the Fish Katie & Cedar Planked Redfish (ive started doin their recipie w Salmon at home, its great). Seafood entrees are solid.

Apps are excellent - seafood arencini, bbq shrimp, pork cheeks

One of my favorite restaurants in town, nice assortment of quality dishes w top notch service.

I love the people too.

Very good, however I like their Fish Katie and Veal Michael dishes better.

And I'll always get the Shrimp Corndogs to start.
