Rouses Butte sale

Rouses got their butts on sale this week. Dont forget they will cut em like ya want em. I am gonna get a twin pack and have them cut em into steaks and pack them 3 steaks to a pack that should keep me in pork chopps till their next sale

My local market does. If you call and tell them you want jambalaya mix and your preferred sausage they will have it all cut and wrapped.

I cubed one one time, added to deer meat and made about 30lbs of breakfast sausage. Somehow I got bone fragments in the mix and it pretty much ruined the whole batch. Terrible deal. Granted it was a Boston butt. I haven’t tried it with Boston buttes

If you have a Mathernes near you, they have butts on sale for $0.79/lb. I went to the one on campus and they were fully stocked. Those college kids looked at me like I was crazy walking out with a 16 lb twin pack.
