I ususally just brown some HB meat melt velveta and pour in some Rotel and mix. IF there are some better ways, and im sure there are Plenty, please share with me .

I agree with the spicy sausage substitute. I recently discovered a new one on the back of a velveta package. Velveta, Rotel, Pack of bacon crumbled, spinach, and cream cheese. Pretty amazing.

hm....rotel and velveeta brings out the State fans.

i kid, i kid. but not really.

sautee some onions, garlic, and fresh jalapenos and toss them in as well. I swear i added some type of cream of something or the other one time to make it not so thick and it was great.

after seeing that velveta fudge on here, i looked around the net to see what people had to say about it so i made it last night and it is very very easy and really good. it is not that yellow color. it looks like regular fudge.

Chop up some onions and serrano peppers and brown in a skillet and add

I'd also 86 the whole rotel thing and make an actual queso dip.

Make a blonde roux, add some whole milk and slowly start adding some asadero cheese. Then add the onions and serranos, throw in a dash of chili powder and cumin powder to add a little more taste to it.

shite is the bomb

2nd that, and you can also add a can of cream of mushroom....to add some extra spice. Get one can regular rotel, and one can extra hot....
