I think it's the same people that own the Chimes. At least it use to be. More seafood dishes, but sometimes the Chimes has good fish specials. So take it for what it's worth. I've been once, and it was good, nothing great, but good....

About maybe a 5. If you want to see something much more intense in this same genre, I would recommend Funny Games with Naomi Watts. It's a very good remake. Check it out....
