New taco truck that will be parked at Tin Roof Brewing. 14 tacos on the menu, which you can see at Rock Paper Taco

Tried it out tonight, since it’s typically a slow evening at the brewery and I had an hour to kill while in the area. Got 3 tacos, the Bluebonnet (carne asada), Summa (buffalo chicken) and McClung (fried oyster). Chips and salsa came with the order. Cost was $12.65 with tax.

Flour tortillas are grilled, and nice sized. No tiny tortillas here. Lots of toppings, and the tortillas held up well to them. Really enjoyed all 3. If forced to say which was my favorite, I’d say the buffalo chicken, but I enjoyed all of them.

I’ll be back to try some of the others soon. Next time, I’ll just get 2. That is more than enough given the amount of food plus chips and salsa.

Tin Roof is doing a good job of rehabbing their image, both in the beer itself and what they've been doing at the tap room.

Is their taco list posted online anywhere? On any apps?

I know they don’t post their beer anywhere, and that’s a dealbreaker.

We chatted about that this evening. He gave me shite about it, but we’re all good.

Wouldn't it make more sense for the taco to be the paper in the rock, scissors, paper game?

How are trucks/trailers allowed to park permanently infront of businesses. I am pro-foodtruck, but this is not a good idea, imagine if numerous businesses all started parking food trucks/trailers in front.

Because Tin Roof worked with Rock Paper Taco to specifically make this happen.

Well this one is on the business's property, not a public right of way, and it's a partnership with the brewery.

So... why wouldn't they be allowed?

Sure, but "Rock Taco Scissors" sounds like a lesbian party game...
