We'll be in Brenhan, Texas this week and are looking for recommendations for restaurants especially barbeque in this area.

Truth and LJ’s for bbq. LJ’s is lesser known than Truth but had solid meal a few months back.

good luck. fyi, Truth is open Fri and Sat. For decent cheap mexican we like Los Patrones in "downtown" Burton. Get the margarita. I swear it has an everclear floater.

96 West for "Fancy", Las Americas, stop by the Chappell Hill Bakery for some kolaches if you are headed there on 290. Brazos Valley has some delicious crawfish on Friday/Saturday also try there beer that is in the red can I am drawing a blank on the name.
