You’re probably focusing on Super Bowl food, but don’t forget that the submissions for the Sandwich Challenge are due on Wednesday, the 10th, anytime between 9:00 am and midnight.

Been wanting to make carnitas again so will try to submit something with that.
I’m very excited to see what everyone comes up with for this challenge. Sandwiches are my favorite flavor delivery system.

The proven strategy is wait till the last minute, scrap a bunch of Super Bowl leftovers, put them in between two buns, deep fry it, and then profit.
