I’ll post it up here since I was also thinking about adding artichoke to the sausage but decided not too at the last min. I should have because I’d have a entry
Pretty simple. This is only my 3rd sausage attempt and decided to use a premixed seasoning from the place I have been ordering supplies from. Started out with some chicken thighs and deboned them but left the skin on. Ran it through my grinder once on the larger plate and then mixed in the seasoning.Then ran it again through the 4 1/2 mm plate. Mixed in some evaporated milk, this was the first time using this. Maybe it had a drastic affect or not but it was juicy so I will use it from here on out. It’s supposed to help retain moisture and help it bind. I cooked it in the oven at 400 for about 30min flipping it ½ way. I don’t have any cooked pics I stopped taking them
