Reheating pulled pork

So Wednesday I'm leaving for KS to go hunt with some buddies and I'm I charge of lunch duty for a couple of days so I'm doing some pulled pork sandwiches. I have to smoke these tomorrow, so they will be kept cold until probably Friday for lunch. Other than bringing a crock pot, how can I reheat this stuff without drying it out? I'll have s full kitchen as my disposal as well, so I can pretty much do whatever.
ETA: I'll be pulling the pork tomorrow as well.

I like throwing some apple cider vinegar and some BBQ sauce in it.
Also.... I do this a good bit. Cook it down a bit in tomato sauce, onions, lime juice etc with some different types of chili powders and serve it on tortillas with avocados or whatever you want.
2 different ways to eat it instead of serving it the same both days...

shred it and stick it in a pot on low heat..add a little BBQ and just let it come to temp. It has a lot of fat so its hard to dry out, TBH

Put it in a sealed food saver bag, then drop into simmering water when you want to eat. Cut it open.

If I'm not slathering in BBQ sauce, I shred then use a mix of low sodium chicken broth and vegetable broth poured over it in my crock pot. I think it enhances the flavor if anything, and doesn't dry out

I think that's the route I'm going with it. Thanks

Mix a little sauce into it and throw it in the microwave.

Crock pot. I like to add in a mixture of 1/2 Wickers & 1/2 whatever bottled thick sauce is handy.
