Yes. Been using them for nearly 15 years. Not much to say, they fry well.

I've cooked with one of those several times in the past and they kick arse. My only recommendation is to find the one with the largest drain that's the easiest to access.

I have 2 of their 6 gallon fryers. Well made.

I’ve fed up to 100 people with the combo.

Edit: my only thought for home kitchen though is do you really need the six gallon size? You could always do the occasional fried turkey in a regular set up.

I would like to have the 2.5 gallon one for frying at home for just us or small groups but I have a cheap 5 liter electric one that works fine for that.

I have that 6 gallon. I wanted a 4 gallon but picked up this one used for a song. I fry fish and shrimp. I don't really care for fried turkey all that much. What makes a fried turkey good is the seasoning, not the act of frying. I'd rather throw a turkey in the smoker or oven than try to fry.

Cajun fryers are very well made and are super easy to clean. All the debris falls below the heat so it doesn't really burn like a traditional fryer. I just wish I didn't need to fill up so much oil, but it is easy to save.

I have it too. Use at house and camp. For the price, it’s solid.

They are good products. I’ve had both the heavy steel and stainless models. The stainless is much lighter, making it easier to transport.

I have the 4 gallon version, love it. We use it quite often and only change the grease out every 4-5 months or so since the breading falls to the bottom of the cooker. Grease stays fresher longer that way.

Pro tip, get some of these when you do a clean out. Will seriously save you some scrub time!
