I’m seeing vacuum sealers from 25-200 bucks. Which ones are best value for quality? This would be for moderate use. TIA

Another vote for Food Saver.

I puzzled over which of the eleventy-four models of Food Saver to get. Then there was a post-Christmas sale of the bottom of the line model for like $25, so I grabbed it.
It works great and takes up little space. I've never once wished it had any other features.

Very happy with my ABOX for $90 on Amazon. So far, it’s better than the foodsavers I’ve had in the past.

Buy a VacMaster VP215 costs about $625 ..my wife bitched and moaned when I invested in one...now she vacuum seals everything...U will used the hell out of this thing the rest of those 100 or less sealers are not worth investing in when u can get VacMaster for 625 maybe cheaper if you shop around!

I've been using Foodsavers for about 10 years and when I burn this one up, I'll buy another. They don't last forever, but you can get one for $150. Seems like I buy a new one every four or five years. You spend much more money on the bags than you do on the sealer.

Anyone find any good deals on these on Prime Day?

I just bought the ABOX V63 for $60 and its usually $80. That’s pretty cheap, so no big loss if it doesn’t work out. Very well reviewed (including post in this thread), and apparently you don’t have to use the special bags that come at a premium like the food saver.

Picked up one of these today at Costco on sale for $109 and a box of the bags and sheet material for $29 to go with it.
