I had lunch at St. James Cheese Company in Uptown last weekend. It was pretty good and quick.

You obviously haven't been to Dangs in Baton Rouge.

Don't get the pho. I had one of the rice dishes last night. It was pretty good.

Agreed about the Pho. Very bland. Also stay away from the shrimp. Their rice dishes are amazing.

I'm heading to Butcher in an hour. They're tough to beat for lunch.

Mondo is good in Lakeview.

I disagree. They have some solid food.

Wise, I went to Sammich yesterday. I thought it was pretty good.

Wrong area of town for the OP, isn't it?

So which is it about Wayfare? I keep looking at the menu and I'm on the fence.

It's a nice little spot for a meal. They have several sandwiches that are really good and they have daily specials that really shine. It's definitely worth a try.

They don't have pho, so Wise isn't a fan.
