I do a kale/spinach protein shake post workout/run. Feels refreshing!

It absolutely does.

Wish I'd figured these out years ago.

I run with a few vegan ultra marathoners and they turned me to the more fruits and veggies and these great shakes!

I've never tried a smoothie protein shake with veggies in it. Seems like it would taste weird.

You think it tastes weird at first. A little bitter sweet.
Then you realize how good it makes you feel, and you acquire a taste for it.

When you guys started logging food, did y'all log your workouts to allow for more food consumption?

I don't do that.

Today I had:

25 almonds
3 L of water
7oz of tuna salad
Cucumber
30g whey
Fistful of spring mix
10 blueberries
18 oysters
4 oz blackened gator
10 blackened shrimp
Blue cheese salad
12 buffalo wings
Raspberry Quest bar

Not sure if I got enough protein. If not, oh well.

All about #gainz, bro.

I had 8 egg whites and 2 cups of oatmeal for breakfast. So good.

Heard lots of mixed thoughts about whites vs whole eggs.

Whats your rationale?

Also, I've been taking mondo craps since I started, pretty refreshing but I may need to get more fiber to firm things up. You guys got recs here, sorry for the crassness but f-it, I've been unloading.

For keto, I think I've been seeing/reading eat the yoke and the white. You need the fat.

I've been eating a few eggs on Saturdays and Sundays. Had two each day this past weekend.

As far as your fiber issue goes, what are your issues?

I'm sure you can "de-duece" it.

Bought a steamer tonight, did a bunch of broccoli and cauliflower, tossed it in a little olive oil and some seasoning and baked chicken breasts marinated in some balsamic vinegrette.

It was pretty fire, will be my meal for lunch tomorrow too.

Scored some solid private label almonds and some blocks of cheese for snacking. Will do two eggs and two pieces of bacon in the AM post workout.

Feeling good, feeling great.

nope, I don't eat back calories. Only thing I might do is aim for higher protein on days I lifted weights.

I burned 1,000 cals running this morning. So on an 1900 cal diet I'll be starving! I need to lose the lbs though!

I don't have a picture-someone else can do it-but Val Kilmer like focus may not be the best focus for the PuttaDaForkDown board.

Always whole eggs. The yolk has so much goodness in it. You need it.

Destroyed my shoulders and biceps today, had to kill some strawberries and mixed them with a scoop of protein and cup of sugar free almond milk, insanely good but I feel guilty.

I've got 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon packed for late breakfast, some sliced up cheese, a few pieces of turkey and ham, 1/4 cup of almonds and steamed mixed greens w/ 1/2 chicken breast to get me through the day.

I may be intaking too much but I get so damn hungry. I'm also burning a shite ton of calories as I'll probably go for a 1-2 hour ride after work. I'm trying to get down to the 8-15% body fat range. I'm guessing I'm in the 15-25% range right now. Hoping just a little more discipline and hard work in the gym will push me over the hump. I'm praying it doesn't require full blown calorie counting as I just don't have that kind of competitive edge anymore, at least not sustainable.

Dying for some decent avocados. Everything up here is crap right now, even at the farmer's market.

You guys have any spring/summer specialties you get into as seasons change?
