I have some blueberries with a smoothie 5 or 6 times a week.
I've been limiting myself to that until I'm around 210.

If I cut back on drankin, I'd probably speed the process up. My gut is pretty much gone. I've just gotta start doing abs and toning my obliques.

I'm not sure about a list of acceptable fruits. I'll ask Busbeepbeep.

I plan on just cutting out all carbs except fruit for the time being.

Yea, I mean that makes sense. I'm not trying to lose anything extreme, just get over the hump and hopefully feel a little more energized etc.

At one point this winter, while I still had a gf (regular poon kills motivation for me), I was up to about 195 (I'm 5-10) but thats the most I've ever weighed so looking to get back down to 175ish.

I'm decently strong, I can rep the combine 8 times and squat pretty well, but I also don't want to get "big" just be strong and cut. I ride lots of miles on the road bike when the weather picks up so really just looking to change things up.

I rotate weights during the week, go pretty damn hard on the circuits and lift a heavy day for each muscle group once a week and mix in balance, high rep stuff on the other days as auxillary. For as hard as I'm working, just not seeing the results as quickly as I have in the past.

Again, I know its my age and drinking starting to catch up to me. I'm 27 and want to get into a good routine before my metabolism really goes into the shitter.

It'll be 20 yrs on August 8th since I got out of Marine boot.

I'm not gonna be 190 again, but as close to 200-205 as I can get is my goal.
It does come off slower in your 30's, but I'm noticing it's not as bad as people make it out to be. Lifting, eating, and swimming is the key along with cutting sugar (for me). My brain/body just doesn't run the way it should. Like going from unleaded to premium.

utting sugar (for me)

Another thing that is tough for me to get. My sugar intake has always been really damn low.

Not a sweets guy at all, have never drank much Coke and in general just don't crave it.

I think its the complex pastas and breads that have done me in over the years, I am a fiend when it comes to those.

At what point did some of you experienced guys bring a little fruit into the mix? After a month or so?

besides a few berries here and there, fruit and a ketogenic diet don't really mix, unless you're doing it on refeed days, but even then you'd prefer to go with high glycemic glucose sources to fill your muscle glycogen rather than the fructose to fill your liver glycogen.

I guess if it works for you, it's good.
I need a separate day for back and chest.
