I'll always remember him as Ice Man. Don't care how far he got.
Besides, I'm Maverick. Ryno is Ice Man.

I thought Ryno was that crying guy in his avatar?

I may be intaking too much but I get so damn hungry. I'm also burning a shite ton of calories as I'll probably go for a 1-2 hour ride after work. I'm trying to get down to the 8-15% body fat range. I'm guessing I'm in the 15-25% range right now. Hoping just a little more discipline and hard work in the gym will push me over the hump. I'm praying it doesn't require full blown calorie counting as I just don't have that kind of competitive edge anymore, at least not sustainable.
15-25% is a huge range. I'm 20-21 and trying to get to 15, and I've been calorie counting. If you crack the code and achieve that without counting, then please let me know the secrets.

Will do.
How much cardio do you mix in? When I say a 1-2 hour bike ride, I'm generally talking averaging 15-20mph depending on route, so upwards of 20-35miles. Lots of calories burned, high intensity. Not sure if it will work this time around, but I'm hoping so.
I've been down to 15 before, but that was when I was 20-22. I'm 27 now with those 5-7 years involving lots of boozing.
How many are you consuming per day?

Man. That's a lot of cardio.
Only talking like 1-2 max 3x/week. You think that's too much?
Like I said, not trying to get very big, just maintain strength I've got and get more cut.
I figured if I noticed it affecting my lifts, I'd tone it down for sure.

For me it would be.
I swim like you bike though.
Did 1500 meters Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But I'm not in the pool that long. It takes me maybe 30 minutes each time I swim.
It's helping me cut weight, but it helps build muscle too. I definitely feel like I've got more lung power when I go back to lifting the following Monday.
Whatever works for you baw. The only person I'd ask for advice in here about anything is Busbeepbeep. He's Captain Keto.

I miss the pool in college for sure. Great way to kill a hangover too.
Still haven't found a decent setup here and I'll probably moving soon, hopefully the next place has a full service athletic club.

I was cycling a lot a few months ago as I was training for the MS150. These days, I'm doing 3 days of lifting per week (Greyskull LP) and 2-3 days fasted morning cardio (Lyle M's Stubborn Fat protocol 1.0, 10 minutes interval cycling followed by 30 mins inclined walk)
My target is around 1950-2000 cals per day. Online calculators put my BMR around 2100. I did a BMR test at Ochsner (bodygem) and it showed I was around 2500 for BMR, so I don't know what to believe as far as my actual TDEE. I describe myself as sedentary since have office job, even though I'm active nearly every day.

I've done a lot of reading, but my lack of success since my initial chunk of weigh loss is disconcerting.
There's more experienced, knowledgeable people around here when it comes to cutting regiments like LSUweights and lsu777.

This def. kills me. I get 3/4 mile walking from my cheap parking lot downtown to the office here and try to get out and walk around at lunch everday, but even then its not nearly enough.
I work at a food company so there's tons of free food around all the time, the woman wonder why their diets aren't working and their asses don't look good.
At least once a week its someone bday and people are chowing down on Cake at 10am. It's unreal.

LSUweights and lsu777.
Hopefully they chime in.
Although from the last few pages LSUweights seems to be insanely disciplined, eating minimal portions.
Maybe I'll get there someday but right now, I eat good food, just too much of it I think.
