I remember being 6'2" 180 back in high school. I was an all-state athlete though. Im coming off an injury that's had me out of the gym for a while.

Maybe I'll give it a shot and see what happens. The last time I was in the 180's I was a freshman in High-school wrestling 189 @ 5'7

Had some massive fluctuations this weekend. I like to weigh myself, mostly out of curiosity. I dont get worked up over nice losses or gains, but i find it very interesting to see the changes

Anyways, I weighed in Saturday morning after working out at 178. I had eaten very well Friday and only had a couple beers that night. Saturday night was the local NWTF banquet with free food and an open bar. I ate a huge plate of fried fish and shrimp and fries and drank plenty. Sunday morning I bloated up to 183.6
Took me until this evening to get back down to 178.6.
I used to eat and drink like that all the time, which explains me getting to 199

Surprised more people have moved to inches as the unit of measure

Chest
Waist
Hips

Weight is an ok gauge but I'm sure everyone have experienced those wtf weigh ins. Just so inconsistent

I know inches is a better measure and I can fit into clothes better and have some pants falling off now, but it's convenient to step on the scale, takes just a few seconds.
Like I said, I take the number for what it's worth and know it can wildly swing in a day or two.

I've never really measured because I feel like it'd be inconsistent at best. I'd probably never measure the same spot twice or keep the tape straight etc.

Took a similar picture this weekend at the lake to the pictures I took back in Jan and I think Feb maybe...hell it may have been my second round of p90x3 in April or something...either way there's still a substantial difference in them but more importantly shows me how far I still have to go. It really is amazing seeing yourself in a picture that someone has taken vs looking in a mirror.

313/202/180

forgot to weigh in this morning before I ate breakfast, which consisted of 3 eggs, heavy cream, butter and 2.5 oz of polish kielbasa. So that number is definitely inflated as I got on the scale directly after consuming all of that. Had a little bit of a cheat weekend (stuffed my face with a handful of cookies, mississippi mud, and some ice cream over the weekend. Ain't even worried about it.

Headed out of town Friday for a wedding in pig country (Fayetteville, AK) but should be okay I think. We'll see

How tall are you Lonestar? On a side note maybe people should start listing their heights with their stats???

I've eaten bad since this past Friday.
Margaritas and Mexican food is out of my system.

I was down to 224. I'd like to lose 10 before Syracuse game.

Man it is tough dropping these final pounds this time. Even with one to two 24 hour fasts a week it is barely coming off. I need to just go a month without a drop of alcohol.

Alright so as some have suggested maybe it isn't time for me to lose a lot of weight and with football season starting this weekend I'm going to adjust my goals to be more realistic. At the very worst I'm going to work to maintain my current weight. In a great scenario, I may even post some weight loss during the season.

Anyways as of this morning I was 227/216.8/185 5'10
I'll post a final weight Friday morning and then update if I continue losing weight during the season.
