You can still drink and lose weight. If you're talking about legit binge drinking, let's just say I hope you're under 30.

Just limit your drinking to the weekend and be religous about your diet the rest of the week.

I asked our wellness directer what was in it for me? cause I'm 6ft and weighed 180/lbs (on march 1st of this year) She e-mailed me back and said 'Just do it!' Today I'm a 35 yr. old father of 2 and I'm still 168/lbs

So you lost 12 pounds?
Am I missing something?

I think I am going to have to just quit drinking for a month to get these final pounds off and/or start back doing high intensity sprints a few times a week.

I already know what I will look like at my target weight.

I don't want to do a or b though.

it was nice to see my weight get back right after a couple weeks of slacking. it fluctuated back up between 175 and 180 for almost 2 weeks until I got back on track eating right and I got rid of it.

grabbed an old pair of jeans off the shelf this morning to try on, and they fit. Felt something in the pocket and found a receipt that was left in them. It was dated November 2012
