I guess I will start back . My goal is to get really lean by the end of the summer and then do a slow clean bulk until the end of the year. This morning I somehow weighed in at 155 but I was almost finish with a 24 hour fast. I had to have been dehydrated because I weighed 159.5 yesterday. So.....

Looks like you've got it made. Friday I cheated hard... Sushi masa for lunch and Cane's for dinner. I don't know how I even ate that much food so we'll have to see how bad the damage was tomorrow morning

ETA: 2 pounds up
227/221.8/185 If I'm past my low of last Friday this upcoming Friday I'll be happy

Any tips for adding fat/calories to my diet? I added cream to my coffee this morning and added avacado to my lunch but if I eat the remaining two meals I have planned, I'm missing 700 calories and 60 grams of fat for the day. Today's meals look like this:

-1 cup eggs, 1/4 cup almond milk.
-5oz turkey breast, 2 oz avacado, 2oz hummus.
-protein shake.
-2 bratwursts, 1/2 sautéed onion

Coconut oil. (I just eat a tablespoon straight out the jar every morning)

Hemp hearts. These are just awesome. Tons of healthy fats and also ten grams of protein per serving. The flavor is similar to pine nuts. I add to shakes and smoothies and also add a few spoons to salads.

Help me with this a bit. Dehydration does what? Causes you to be lower in weight? That's what makes sense at least.

Anyway

215.4/169.7/165

Almost there and under 170! Yay me.

Time to make a change, any rules for getting in on this?

I used to powerlift in college, finished college, stopped lifting, and kept the same diet for the last few years. Stepped on the scale last week at 360lbs.

350lbs this morning.

Short term goal is 325 by end of august.

1,700-1,900 calories daily would be ideal.

Hard to recommend someone an ideal calorie count without knowing their height/weight and activity level

5'11". 226. Weight train 4 days per week. Volume based primarily. Starter adding more fats since my last post and it has helped tremendously with energy.

Made it all the way to 200 even and then slowly ticked back up. I'm guessing I'm holding on to some extra water right now because I'm sore as shite from running for the first time in years on Monday. Calories have been good this week, so no reason to actually gain any weight.
