For the third (maybe fourth) time, I'll jump in again. I'm on day 17 of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge- I'm also working out 4 days/week cardio and weights.

205/198.5

I used to put a goal weight of 170, but I'm going for full fledged lifestyle change this time, so I'm not sure what my goal is this time, besides just being in better shape.

Mung Bean pasta...I found it at my local health food store but I know lots of Whole Foods carry it as well.

didn't have it at the Metairie Whole Foods.

However, I did finally try the So Delicious Coconut Milk No Sugar Added Ice Cream.

Pretty good low carb option with 5g net carbs per 1/2 cup. Has Erithrytol in it, which is regarded as the best of the sugar alcohols in regards to glycemic impact and gastric distress.

Didn't know this thread existed. All here doing some sort of weight loss/fitness/just trying to be healthier thing?

If so, count me in!

Been on low carb, cardio (mainly fast walking/interval running/steps), and weights (moving up to heavier ones now) for 3 weeks - 195 to 189. Have not lost a lot but am feeling healthier and more active. Probably have not dropped much due to gaining muscle. My diet has gone so good, that I really don't miss the fattening crap I was eating.

So, I'd like to dip below 180 to 175 or so - with muscle mass. Most of my weight, is in my belly I know - it is just falling off slowly - I can tell a big difference in my upper body, face, and neck. Any pointers on the belly? Any exercises you guys doing? Or do I just stick with it, and it will eventually fall off?

Good job Bobster. What is the plan once you reach the 160 mark? You going to try to lose more?
