Have not stopped by in a while....Good to see everyone is still fighting the good fight!
Just a heads up for those who are following a low carb diet; I recently came across a line of pasta made by a company called Beyond Asia. They have a mung bean pasta, a black bean pasta, and a soy bean pasta. I have only had the mung bean but it is really good. The ingredients: 92% mung beans, 8% water. That is it. It has 180 calories per serving with a whopping 25 grams of protein and only 16 grams of carbs 11 of which are fiber. I found it at my local health food store but I know lots of Whole Foods carry it as well. If any of you guys try it let me know what you think.

103 days in. Hoping to knock out 100 in 180 days. Still within reach, but building more core muscle now to combat skin sag (as much as possible).

Haven't been here in a while. Mainly because I'm not really trying to lose weight anymore. Actually doing the opposite. By Jan 1, 2015, I'd like to be a lean 180-185 lbs. Stressing the lean part. Slowly adding in calories as I see fit to gain .5-1 lb per week. Then repeat the body fat cutting process. Which hopefully, I shouldn't have gained much body fat over this time.
My quick 2 cents. I've found extreme success in losing weight(body fat) and maintaining and putting on muscle by following the If It Fits Your Macros style of eating. No food is restricted. I have a very very healthy relationship with food. I feel no need to have "cheat meals" or days because everyday I can eat whatever I want. As long as I eat within my daily macro and micro nutrient levels, everything is a go. I've successfully been able to sustain this type of eating (not dieting) for a long time now and I honestly never see myself going any other way.
Of course this is paired with 3 days of heavy lifting and maybe 20 minutes TOTAL of cardio a week.
My current macronutrient numbers:
Training days - ~2855 Cals 390 C/55 F/ 200 P
Off days - ~1890 70 C/ 90 F/ 200 P
Whatever method you choose, stick with it, be positive, and win each day.
Good luck to all

70lbs in 103 days?
That's crazy. I thought my 51 lbs in 100 days was something.

Spent 4 days in Aspen, did a lot of drinking and eating, but stayed low carb, and somehow the same amount (249.6) this morning as I was on Thursday.
