I didn't eat avocado at that meal. The avocado was with breakfast.

Yeah I'm thinking the avocado sickness may have had something to do with it.
My goal is 150g protein/day. I was shooting for 200 but too much protein can actually kick you out of ketosis. Have to maintain a .8 fat/protein calorie ratio.

In any case, I'm dropping water weight pretty fast

anyone ever do Advocare? I'm almost sold on the 24 day challenge
I'm actually going to start the week after Mardi Gras. At least I should be.
Trying different methods of cutting so figured I'd give this a shot.
I've seen/heard great results from females. I've only seen a few results on males. But all look good. The key is maintaining it after the 24 days

buddy of mine did Advocare before his wedding and lost 17 pounds in a month and looked a lot better for his wedding.

My thoughts on Advocare:
- All supplements provided to you, can be purchased on your own. I highly doubt they have secret recipe's in their stuff.
- Works best for people who can't do a structured "diet", or eating habit on their own as well as hit the gym hard.
Essentially, if I were to cut out all carbs and eat a high protein, low but healthy fat diet, then I would lose a ton of fat too. (I did this a few months ago)
But all in all I support this. Spending a good bit of money on products is what finally kicked my arse to getting in shape. I'm curious/excited to see the results.

I too have seen some amazing results first hand. One girl lost 35 pounds.
I'm starting the monday after Endymion....I have a 24 day block of days that dont have a wedding or anything that would encourage drinking.
If you do the 24 days, you supposedly need to go all in.
Could someone list the ingredients needed and I will do a price check to see if you can assemble the kit for less than $190.00 ?

I thought you couldnt digest more than 40g protein per day?
or you dont retain....nutritional value
Well, considering the minimum recommended amount for adult males is about 50g, I think you have the wrong idea
There's a myth that you can't digest 40g protein in one sitting. AFAIK it's just a myth. Most of my meals have at least 40g protein.
