Thanks man. I quit drinking and unlike most people that stop...I got fatter. Like the fattest I've ever been. Don't remember the last time I felt this strong.

Down to 148 as of yesterday. Thats a ten pound drop from last Monday. That weight on Monday was a lot of water from a major weekend cheat though.

I remain in the desired range of weight that I am comfortable with.

I'm happy maintaining between 169 and 173 I think. I'd much rather sit closer to 169. So I need to work harder at that.

Intense workout last night helped me break through a mini-plateu. Also I've been good about not drinking during the week so far. Hopefully I can keep it up for one more night.

Your diet caused you to break through that plateau. Good job!

268.. not sure how. I've been good, but I'm picking up my workouts so maybe some water retention as I get back into the groove of things.

148? Are you doing a competition or something?

It seems all I ever read in this thread is water weight and cheat days.

Cheat days aid in weight loss and definitly lead to major water retention. I normally go up about 5 pds following a cheat day and drop in within 2-3 days.
