What's different?

Why are you less motivated? Did you reach a certain weight and grow content/apathetic? More external stress?

I've found that workouts when I'm the least motivated tend to be the most rewarding. Keep it up, buddy!

Don't look at it as a diet hulk. Look at it as a lifestyle.

Pretty much this.

It's not that I have bad food at home. I have nothing but healthy food at home. It's external temptations, for the most part. Friends and family that want to go out to eat, bad food at their homes, etc. It's like I've lost any and all ability to tell myself and anyone else no.

That's tough.

Definitely have to find a good support system. You can do it, and you know you can. You have before. Stick with it. It's worth it!

I'll figure it out soon. I'm getting really frustrated with the situation. The good news is I've kept up with exercising so the damage isn't as bad as it could be.

Hulk. Spend a good amount of time looking at the before pics.

You don't want to go back.

You know what to do. Get back at it.

Laughing because pot is calling the kettle black. I need to get back to basics myself.

For those doing a keto type diet. Do you make stuff with flat out bread? The light version is 90 calories and only 7 net carbs with nine grams of fiber. Ten grams of protein. I make hamburgers with them often and made a pizza with pepperoni ,chicken, spinach, jalapeños, and lots of cheese earlier.

I am doing good with the no processed carbs part but how do you stay away from fruits and veggies? I love them and don't really like meat! So I am losing like 1/4 pound a week now because of cherries and watermelon.

I have been eating extremely low carbs for the past two weeks. Today I had 22 including fiber. Yesterday 13. I love fruit I'm just not eating it. I got really into juicing for the past few months and had to cut it out which I really miss.

So technically I didn't gain any weight in the last year.

I have to do this based on my life. Last night for dinner at zea- korean BBQ tacos in lettuce wraps as an app, small spinach salad and a pomegranate martini. (the rest of the table was eating well) breakfast- egg mcmuffin sans muffin with unsweetened iced tea lunch- spinach salad from blimpies. I am doing the best I can but running with kids and not cooking makes it very hard.

Skipped the scale this morning. My kids picked up some steak and lobsters for the grill last night, went well with a few beers. Having my pops over for lunch today, lasagna and fresh peach cake with vanilla blue bell. Happy Father's Day Dads
