Dude.. you need to have a meeting with your coworkers where you question why they have a weight loss contest every year and then pig out on terrible, terrible food all week long the rest of the year

8 of 75 were in the contest last year so I think questioning the office would go over like a fart in church.

Then the lynch mob would probably form and torch me for even thinking they should tone down the food.

Plus, we can't punish the entire office for my inability to stop the cookie monster side of my brain when I snap and go to town on the grazing table. I'm the one that needs to one day learn MODERATION.

Didn't realize your office was that big.

big drop after first day of non-holiday food.

It could be a dirty trick by my scale though. I tried the leg-weigh a few times and even changed the scale location. all 5 readings were 151.5.

So I've gained back thirty pounds from my lowest weight in less than six months.

I am really trying to motivate myself.

It is easy to regain insane amounts of weight real fast. You just got to pick yourself up, brush off the dirt and get back to work.

I put a huge pile back on myself and I will be dropping that weight from Jan-March.

Not a bad week, but tonight is not going to be good at all. It all starts with a beer mile and will be down hill after that. But, just like everyone else, once the hangover is over it will be crunch time to get to 190 or below and no more getting drunk until April 15. Hope everyone has a good NYE.

My first step will be to tackle some moderation on New Years Day. The last 3 years I've eaten about 4 tons of peas and rice on January 1st and 2nd.

That was my plan again this year. Actually, I was going to cook them today and pig out today and tomorrow however, I am changing the plan.

I'm going to set aside a nice portion for tomorrow and then freeze the rest. I didn't buy much so there shouldn't be too much left anyway.

On another note, I dropped Turkey burgers from my menu. I was getting about 1400mgs of sodium just from those bad boys. Back to hamburger patties for me.

I haven't really watched my sodium for some time now and I feel the blood pressure creeping up along with the weight.

Back in full Atkins and less sodium mode which also means Hermit Mode.

Happy New Years to all! Even you LE.

Tomorrow can wait. Gotta gorge on pork, BEP's and cabbage to start the year off correctly.

Here we go.

323/195.1/175

Yikes!

After Isaac, those damn MREs somehow shot me up as high as 206.

I've bounced between 195 and 191 for months now.

Hoping the New Year and the Biggest Loser Office Comp will motivate me to get back to 175.

Thanks to Weagle. Posting your grim details made posting mine easier.

Followed through on my plan and froze the extra peas. Also only ate half the rice.
