O'reilly, I hope that's reversed or you can start a Pickuppadafork thread.

Blueplate special got me. Whitebeans & rice, fried catfish and cornbread. Could have had salad w/grilled tuna but just said no.

Let the bloating begin I'm going to have to be a good boy for a couple of weeks after this weekend is over.

Fat season preparation has begun. Rainy weekend allowed me to make 2.5 gallons of dressing mix (rice or cornbread)for the holidays, a dozen crab cakes and 2 gallons of Halloween chili. If that's not enough, I'm working on an over-done rump roast right now.

Need counseling?

I'm pretty much about a pound behind where I was last November

Quitting smoking and moving to TX killed me earlier in the summer. Looks like things are finally going down again.

I just wanted to share with y'all the definition of a BAD weekend.

Last Friday after lunch I weighed 172.0

36 hours later, 180.8.

burgers, fries, pluckers, and lots of BEER. Looking back, it was glorious, now that I'm back to in my 172-74 range.
