C25K = Couch to 5k. Its goal is for you to run a 5K around 30 minutes. I used it to get back into running and it's a safe approach. If you feel strained you repeat a week.

Weagle that's frustrating but we all go throught it. Considering your weekend in Atl that actually may not be that bad Really keep a close eye of your diet. Sometimes a couple pound drops come all at once. Keep at it
