Some of his thoughts/beliefs I find a little too over the top, although I believe there could be a grain of truth, like he swears by doing as much as possible barefoot. If the situation doesn't allow for barefoot (like running on hot concrete or on gravel or going to the store or something), he recommends the vibram 5-finger or w/e. Too much for me. Every time I see someone walking around in those (mind you, not exercising, just around wal mart), I can't help but think 'douche'

The trip yesterday was nice, it was surprise for my wife. It's our 3 and a half year anniversary so I planned a day for her. I ate horrible but I didn't gain much. I've learned that I can eat horrible food but just not eat a whole lot and still be happy with minimal damage.

Took my sister to lunch yesterday. Then I chowed on popcorn at Prometheus, then the Alien Brain Control Chip embedded in my noggin took over and I awakened this morning with Popeye's packaging in my garbage.

Myth, I guess my brain control chip had a delay timer on it. I ate the whole freaking house yesterday. The details of what and how much of it I ate are too gruesome for this family website.

First run in a week this morning in which my shines are not killing me after the run. God bless Ibuprofen and compression socks. 5.7 lbs to go to my goal and before and after pics. 5.5 weeks to beach trip. Odds are I'll get to goal weight before the trip.

i'm back from vacation!
191 yesterday morning (after a 14 hour drive where i consumed about 17 cups of coffee and a donut & coffee cake i wasn't suprised)...
then the hottest gf in the planet showed up at my house yesterday morning and we drank beer to excess and had pizza and bagel chips and hummus and..and..and..

i am ashamed but we were like rabbits yesterday and i wasn't saying no to anything
