Killed my trail run today. Set a new record for time on the loop I do and felt great afterwards. Focusing on my form and my breathing has made all the difference in the world. Oh and I got some running shorts today that I don't have to constantly keep pulling up.

I hate that so much. I have some running pants that dont fall down but all of the shorts I have, I have to pull em up over and over.

4 mile run this morning with a pace of 9:00 minutes. I seem to be having some medical issues this morning. If things do not improve I'll be at the Dr to sort things out. Prayers that it's nothing major.

Sorry to hear that cm10. I hope everything turns out okay.

Oh and sorry for never responding to your earlier message about sugar. It's one thing I really don't track since nothing I eat has that much in it. I know the fruit I eat has natural sugars but I eat almost nothing with added sugar. Of course sugar is one of those things that they seem to put in everything nowadays. Which is why I stick to whole food and not processed.

I guess so. I'm not eating carbs or fruits or anything, and maintaining 30g or less carbs a day.
