I still need to pick up a new scale. I came down with a cold so I haven't done much of anything in the past week. I work all weekend and dont really have time to pick up a scale so I probably won't have a weigh-in until next week.

Went to Charlies Steakhouse for my belated b-day dinner.

I didn't touch the massive pile of onion rings nor any of the au gratin potatoes but the 18oz ribeye and the blue cheese wedge salad will probably stick some weight back on tomorrow.

not so bad. i once got a 24oz prime rib at a restaurant in san fran (i was on atkins) and you could get another 16oz for free if you finished the first one. i ate both and was still hungry

i was very religious back then..didnt touch *ANY* carbs period...but i could eat the hell out of some meat. i bet i could do the 72oz challenge..but not happy with having to eat the potatoes & bread.

7 month low just in time for huge party tonight. At my age though "huge party" has a completely different meaning.

Didn't eat much yesterday. I cut grass for people after my day job and was way too tired to cook so Ijust drank a smoothie and hit the bed. I've got a big ribeye with my name on it tonight though.

I've managed to stick around 1400 calories every day so far. Tomorrow will make one week. I'm going to enjoy the weight coming off this fast while I can. I imagine once I hit 280 it will start slowing down.

I'm 6'0. I wouldn't worry about BMI at all.
I would workout and cut up nicely if was at your weight.

BMI would tell a 6'0 225 linebacker in the NFL that they have a high BMI#. It doesn't count body fat and muscle at all.

BMI is bogus.

302/291.8/245 One Week In

Already been on my morning walk and going to go play tennis this evening. I've been staying around 1500 calories every day so far and the hunger hasn't really been that bad.

Did great last night out at Copeland's. Ordered blackened chicken with creamed spinach and green beans. The second the plate got to the table, I handed my biscuit to my buddy and told him to lick it so I wouldn't take it back.

Dinner went great but 12:30am, not so much. Went crazy and ate like 32 turkey burgers with cheese.

By the way that is probably the first time I have ever ordered spinach or green beans at a restaurant.

Still somehow dropped another 1.5 so I am now down 9.7 pounds since Thursday morning.

I expect a bounce up tomorrow because of the salt from Copeland's and the 47 turkey burgers.
