Made it thru fri night no cheats. I think the addition of the new circuit, interval training workouts has helped, need to stay focused and NO cheats this weekend!

I actually stopped using the belt. BUT.... I was thinking about taking some new pictures because the ones I put up here were at about 185.
So I will break the belt out if I take some new shots.
Can't wear the jorts anymore, they are too big.
