I don't know how I managed to lose this weekend after fried fish w/ fries friday and five guys Saturday and being good Sunday, but I'm not complaining.

unfortunately Norm, I know exactly why I managed not to lose this weekend. Thus I await the sodium release.

Definately had a sodium blast this weekend but still not too bad considering. Will CADfast from 5pm to 5pm starting today so if all goes as expected I should be at 193 by Wed morning.

Eh it's gonna be mostly water weight, considering I hit 282 just 2 days ago.. lol

Yeah I'm doing paleo. I don't count carbs anymore. I just eat. It's basically atkins, but able to eat fruit. Preferably low sugar fruits like berries.

No more cheating. I'm going to challenge myself to a month of no cheats. I used to do this on the reg without having to challenge myself, but since xmas it's been a crazy ride. Gotta buckle down.

Cheat days then chalk up gaining weight to sodium overload or water weight

Always a good excuse

Most cheat foods are loaded with sodium. High sodium leads to water weight gain. There's a reason after a cheat you can gain 3 pounds and then go back to your normal weight the next day, and it's not because you gain 3 pounds of fat and lose it instantly. Fact of the matter is people aren't going to gain 3 real pounds from one cheat meal or cheat day.

Are you going to actually have anything of substance to contribute, or are you just trolling again?

Your doing it right I myself have had a tough time since the holidays and football playoff season staying focused on the weekends. Last weekend my cheats weren,t too bad and I am getting back on track.

225/191.5/185

Did my 4th CADfast and lost 3.5 lbs. Holee shite that is the most so far, My previous 3 fasts I lost 2 lbs each. I'm knocking on the door of 190. Still low carbing and cardio and really feel like another plateau of the 193-195ish lbs has been broken.Time to take it to the next level and I may reach my goal by Mar 1
