SHREDMatrix.

My workout #s increased dramatically unexpectedly. My deadlifts and squats all jumped up 10-15 pounds. I was able to push myself harder. I guess it's the caffeine. But I feel great.

I've been taking oep for a 2 weeks now, it's great stuff. Energy through the roof and decreased appetite.

Finally decided to throw my stats on here:

218/207.1/175

Haven't really been doing too much exercise. Just some brisk walks with my wife. but, i have been eating much better. Just been eating fruit for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch, and then a normal homemade healthy dinner. I haven't been overly concerned with the calories for dinner since I've been limiting my calories during the day to fruit and a sandwich.

I've also cut out all soft drinks, limited my sweet tea intake a ton, and upped my water intake to about 90 oz (I get the rest I need through the food I eat).

I also started the CADfast last week. I'm doing Mondays and Fridays. Planning on adding in some better exercise soon. I want to do the couchto5k exercise to get in some good cardio. We'll see.

Most immediate goal: get to 199 by March.

Hang in there, Hulk. I have the ketosis truck rolling; however, Mr. CT is returning from Brazil tomorrow and he wants to go to Maguire's for one of their huge burgers. I'm thinking that spells trouble.

I think that qualifies for a diet shock. Just jump back into healthy eating after that and your body will be so confused. Plus, it's the carbs that are bad for you. Eat the burger without the bread, get veggies instead of fries and you'll be good.

I've been in hiding.

I had a non-plateau week even though I was around 1500 calories every day except for the charbrolied oysters and blackened chicken caesar.

I didn't lose anything in the office competition and my main competition kept rolling along with a 2 pound loss and a new dark horse emerged by losing 6 pounds.

I pouted and ate King Cake.
:lol

I also had a HUGE meal at Hillbilly BBQ last night so I've gained like 42 pounds in 2 days.

Time to sweat it out myth, get on the cardio!

Holding steady this week. Looks like a good weekend with just very little cheating, and will make it a 6 day cardio week. Hope to be at 190 by early next week. I am 4 mos into this journey and have lost almost 35 lbs and i feel the last 5-10 lbs will be on schedule.

I had gotten to 276 and then cheated a little and havent been doing as good. Havent been eating too many carbs really, just eating too much. I am getting back serious this week though. I am ready to hit the next 10 lb mark.

With all of the working out I've been doing, I can feel a difference in my body. My muscles are tighter, harder, and my arms and legs are getting more and more definition. So I know it's working.. I just have to stay patient. It's frustrating to be doing all this work and not seeing results on the scale, but I can feel a difference so it's keeping me going. I gotta keep reminding myself that the working out is part of a healthier lifestyle, not just losing weight.

Yeah its working, you sound like you are building muscle, thats great. Don't get hung up on the scale, keep at it your getting close. I'm not so sure weighing everyday is a good idea. I just did my first spartacus workout and it kicked my arse. You should give the fast one more try, that has really helped me
