I skipped chocolate cake for breakfast, Pizza for lunch and King Cake during the snack hour.
I work across the street from a Popeyes and OMG it smelled so damn good when I left work this evening. My feet tried to motor me over to popeyes but I skipped that urge.
You guys need to get back to work!

I need to have a good day today because the Week 1 Weigh-In takes place tomorrow for the Office Competition.
I dropped about 1.3 of the 1.6 mystery gain. That damn Holiday Weight is really sticking to me this time. I really thought I would be back under 170 by now.
I'm not sure how to work cheats into the Competition. I would like at least one darn piece of King Cake before Mardi Gras.

I might extend it through Saints season and Mardi Gras if necessary. 9-21-11 through 2-21-12 five months of Fat season. my willpower is as strong as our offense was last night.

Can't believe I splurged on pasta (lots of pasta) last night for that game!!! Only bumped me up a pound though. Not a big deal.

I'm starved and thirsty and need my coffee but I can't eat or drink anything before the big weigh-in at work.
The damn holiday weight is holding onto my bones for dear life. The final 5 pounds refuse to leave my bones.
Office lunch today could be a problem.

thats silly. coffee is a diuretic and you'll need to pee 30 minutes after drinking it and your weight will be lower at the weigh-in. just drink it black.
ps 199 this morning (yep the razor-dragging-slowly-down-my-arm-for-3-hours monday night did a number on me) but true to form, i'm doing the 24 fast; had only black coffee this am; started it around 830 last night. i plan to roast a bird when i get home tonight which takes about an hour..and since i get home around 7ish, this will work out great.
will keep everyone posted on how this goes over the next month.

I had the biggest pound loss at 5.6 last week. However I am still in second place because a little tiny woman beat me percentage wise.
Overall %, she was down 3.7% and I dropped about 3.1%.
I skipped breakfast so I was STARVING when the office lunch aroma hit my nose. Tour of Italy. Huge tray of garlic bread, lasagna, meatballs and spaghetti and Italian salad.
I had some salad with a couple of meatballs. Then half hour later, another meatball got me.
Calorie wise, not bad but I thought the sodium might get me.
It didn't.
