I'm going to bounce up in the next day or two; last night i was supposed to have a date with this girl i really like, but had complications with my best friend and through long, complicated, drawn out evening, there is no chance with this girl because of my best friend, and I got pissed and got drunk as hell, then ate honey hot wings, and was miserable.

So I woke up and realized due to my drunken rampage, I'm tired, broke, still lonely, and now I messed up the diet to boot. What a miserable S.O.S huh? Sometimes I feel like my life is like the story of Tantalus (Greek mythology). Anyway, today is the Thanksgiving luncheon for the company, and tonight my dad's taking my brother and I out to eat.

Like an old cajun man I know would say "Tell me what you learned from dat"? Hey it happens, get a good workout, sweat it out, eat right tonite and at lunch, call the girl and tell her what happened. If she's worth a shite she will understand and if not, there will be another one along shortly. BOOK IT

Hey Hulk, don't let life screw up the good work you done, and stop from the good work you need to do.

Keep doing what you have done, which is get right back at it after a mess up.

We are entering the danger zone for weight gain with T-Giving, Christmas and New Years.

Just make sure that after each cheat, you have a nice run of good days to make up for it.

We are all so proud of you and the great work you have done!

That goes for all you LOSERS!

I may hit speed bumps but that's all they are. I know a big danger zone is coming up, but to be honest I'm looking forward to the challenge of not cheating through these holidays. It's a test of willpower; I feel pretty certain I can make it through the holidays without a cheat, except maybe for alcohol

I want to find some good recipes for a low-carb egg nog. Christmas just ain't Christmas for me without egg nog.

What's up everybody. I just looked it up and I haven't posted in here since October 20th, probably due to shame.

I finally got below the 200 mark and used that as an excuse to get off the diet for a while. Unfortunately, I stayed off way to long and haven't been coming here for someone to kick my arse back into shape.

For the last month or so, I went from 199 back up to like 208, and am now back down around 203. Time to get serious again and knock out this last 15 or so pounds.

I'm not going back to read everything. Did I miss anything important?

It's funny, I was just wondering where you've been. Glad you hopped back on that train, Bham. Looks like I wound up below 300 before you permanently got below 200

Good to have you back

I know the weight is going to come off, I'm just getting anxious, I seriously haven't been under 220 since jr high

On a good note, had to get new pants, in a 36" waist, down from a 42

those are my same numbers, I'm at somewhere under 205, dont weigh til tomorrow but I was stuck at 205 for almost 2 weeks.I blamed my 3 day Tuscaloosa binge on that. i started 7 weeks ago on low carb and cardio workout 5-6 days a week. Keep working
