Phantom bounce up!

167.7

Ate 1100 calories, rode the bike 10 miles and gained 1.2 pounds.

I know, just a water bounce.

Frustrated cause I got my butt kicked in a weight loss competition as bad as I kicked Cad's arse in our competition.

I'm back on the Atkins wagon with you Myth. Gained six on my cruise and decided to stabilize there for a while because I did straight induction for 6 months. Now I'm gonna take that six back off and stabilize there.

Yay meat

I, on the other hand, need to get back on track.. typically takes my body 3 days or so after a cheat to get back on track so let's hope I start losing again.

Yes its amazing how a few days cheating will do that, you know what to do or you wouldn't have lost 70lbs, thats great! Remember where you were and look at what you can be, its nothing but putting in the time from here on out.

My body is ticking me off.

1300 calories yesterday and another gain.

I want to get back to my low before T-Giving but that might not happen.

So this is so exciting for me that I have to post this.. and CAD already saw because of FB, but I bought a new light jacket (I only had hoodies or this humongous jacket that doesn't fit anymore) at the mall today. First time I've EVER bought anything besides shoes at the mall and didn't have to buy from the big man's section.

I haven't checked in this thread in a while. I've still been sticking with it and I've just been in maintenance mode for the past month or so. I've been hovering around 168-172 which is perfect for me and makes for about 40-45 lbs dropped. Ideally I'd like to stay around 170, but I usually bounce above that a little after weekends and then work my way back down during the week. This weekend is already off to a bad start... Just slayed a cajun shrimp burger and onion rings at Masons. : lol:

I know you folks probably no longer expect The Weekend Report with Lloyd Braun, but lately, there has been nothing but maintenance to report. It's not a non-plateau - rather, I have been half assing it just enough to not have gained (but also not have lost) since September. I can't complain, at least I haven't gained.

However, today I had a breakthrough and hit a NEW LOW!!! Only 2.2 away from the 50 lb lost mark. Would love to hit it before Thanksgiving, but it's okay if its after, too.
