I didn't eat at the tailgate I hung out at, though. The cupcakes looked pretty darn good.

I met CT's favorite wife and husband there.

The woman who I talk to a lot whose husband used to not like me (I think he's coming around in regards to me lately). You and I bring her up occasionally in the game threads...

Okay. Duh! Must be time for me to go to bed. Brain ceasing to function.

I am working on getting a new meeting place for those who are really interested in baseball. May take a bit.

170/150/not ready re-commit (but see below)

Maintenance is over. Fat season has officially begun for me and took its toll this weekend. Too much Chili, steak and spinach dip. I know its mostly water but I haven't overeaten like this in a very long time. It was all home cooked and deeeelicious.

I'm up into the 150's for the first time in 3 months. Generally this is 10 lb gain season beginning with halloween treats through the holiday season until easter.

ETA: 150/150/143 (10-3-11)

Is your goal to end WWI?

History jokes rule.

I don't have a scale. I just use friends' scales when I go to visit their house. I may look into scales at Walmart soon. I don't really want anything over $25-$30, though. I ain't OT-rich.

Just know that some scales store your weight from the day before and they won't change until you lose over a pound.

I get around this stupidity by starting off my morning weighing just my leg, then once that weight is stored, I get on for the real weight.

never heard of anything so ridiculous

ps 199 after 160 some-odd miles during the MS150 ride this weekend the problem was i had to go sloooooow to hang with my teammates and sat around at rest stops bored while waiting on them to recover and so i started grazing....too much food on these charity rides. my HR avg for the weekend was 111 bpm. not even 'zone 1' usually in races my HR avg is around 160-170 for the whole time. yep i would have been better off sleeping in this weekend and skiping the 'exercise' completely.

So, family reunion is over. I've hesitated posting here because I absolutely pigged out. There wasn't anything Atkins-friendly to eat as it was, and I didn't make it easier on myself.. I just pigged out And then my grandma on my dad's side cooked meatball stew Sunday night, and the sides were potato salad, corn maque sue, and cole slaw w/raisins in it.. so again, nothing I could eat and maintain the diet. I didn't pig out so much that night.

So, with that out of my system, time to get back to induction:

210/181/180.

My last post update was 3 months ago at 183. Since then I have been mostly in maintenance around 185. Sometimes as high as 190 and other times as low as 182. I am fine with that weight even though I feel I can lose a little more. I would like to get my maintenance weight more around 180. Sometimes under, sometimes over. The new low today of 181 is encouraging towards that goal.

Alright, I invested in a scale today. Darn thing set me back nine bucks.

ETA: If you want to contribute to the Gmorgan4982 Scale Fund, please contact me at Gmorgan4982@yahoo.com. The Gmorgan4982 Scale Fund Team will reply to your e-mail and tell you where to send your donation.

Anyway, it says I'm at 217, one pound less than last week. Two pounds away from being halfway to my goal.

I'm officially throwing my name in the hat here at PUTTADAFORKDOWN. I'm not the heaviest I've ever been, but I need to lose a few pant sizes.

Current stats: 6'0" 242 lbs. I wear 38/32's and would like to get back into 32-34 waist. When I got married 6 1/2 years ago, I was 203 wearing 33's easily. My goal is 205. I've stopped cokes, after-dinner snacks, most carbs, and cut down on red meat and portions. I've started cardio (elliptical,) more green veggies, and I'm getting under some iron again.

So 242/242/205. Let's do this.
