Myth sodium is the hardest thing to control eating carbs, and thus the water retention too. did you ever get the new belt? or are you still double wrapping?

I didn't post for the first 3 months or so, so it's probably more than that per day.

Only a one and a half wrap. It fits in the loop in the middle of my back.

I have a few new belts but most of the time I still wear the old one to show off to people.

Hey Cad, you and I are in the same boat. I would like to get to 175 by Xmas. What do you think we need to start doing different to notch up the weight loss?

Like you I have been excercising alot including 75% weight lifting and 25% cardio. Although I am not "starving" myself like when the pounds were really coming off.

Just have to tighten my belt I guess.

Do 75% cardio, 25% weights if you're trying to just lose weight. Weights will make you gain muscle, which shreds fat, but also weighs more than fat so you'll either gain or stay the same. I'm stuck at 310 >_<

363/310.8/250

.8 gain wtf

Everyone behave this holiday weekend!

323/165.7/159 (165 maintenance)

Only 1.2 more and I will be back at my low. I actually had a cheat planned for tomorrow but with the massive rain about to descend upon New Orleans, I will probably hermit up for the weekend.

Lloyd Braun!!! I'm about to get hit by massive rain for the next 3 days and I don't even get a Weekend Report with Lloyd Braun.

Should have told her she needed to use a hotel computer to check in from Dallas. Is that too much to ask?

Cad

You need to cut down from 46 chicken thighs per meal to 2.

I had 2 more people last night tell me that I really needed to stop losing weight.

Don't these people realize I have been overweight since I was 11 and I refuse to stop until I decide the job is over and I can claim.....

Lloyd Braun report by proxy:

274.8/258.6/160

In Dallas with all these LSU fans. They held me down and forced me to eat 10 pounds of jambalaya, 4 cups of gumbo, a case of beer, and two loaves of garlic bread. Man, I'm going to have a lot of making up to do when I get back.

In a fit of madness, I broke out of my hermit bunker and trudged into the dark stormy night. I awakened to find myself surrounded by various taco bell wrappers. It is a dark morning indeed.

Because your "friends" make you drink beer, whick melts away your resolve, then you pig out. How many times has this process been repeated?
