Actually, I'm good at not eating after drinking. I pigged out that one day before I even drank

I have been a good boy since.

If you aren't losing, it is time to reread all the labels on things you eat and once again make sure your calories are around 1500 with 20 grams or less carbs.

Also too much caffeine can stall you as well as too much alcohol even though you don't want to hear that.

Hide in a fallout shelter and eat 1500 calories and 20 carbs for 1 month and you will be under 300.

hey guys..just had to check in to brag:

did 100 miles today in 3hours and 51 minutes!

that's **averaging*** 26.1mph for nearly 4 hours.

this might be the highlight of my adult physical life. to think about how hard this is, try getting out on a bike and cranking it up to 18-20mph for like 2 minutes.

i threw up at the end (no lie)

Well I've been drinking a fair share of coffee. I use Rediwhip as creamer to prevent carbs from creamer.

I do keep track of all of my carbs every day. I haven't been logging it but every day I keep a mental track of everything because I don't eat anything crazy. Eggs and bacon for breakfast, cheese for my first snack, normal protein and a salad for lunch, 1 serving of almonds for a 2nd snack, then same thing as lunch for dinner.

One thing that I changed up that could be the culprit: protein shake. My workouts exhaust me so to help recover I take 1 serving of a low carb protein shake prior to working out, 5g carbs. Some of the other chemicals in it could cause stalls I suppose. Also possible that the extra protein is building up muscle faster. I'll cut those out and see how it goes.

I haven't had any alcohol since my last blowout. Well, that's a lie. I had one rum and diet coke today during the game.

Kiss it. I'm always at home. You come back to P'cola again and I'll be there with a gameday sign for you.

363/309/250 I guess that 311 was water weight, who knows. Still frustrating that I'm not going down.

Walmart was tough today. I haven't had pizza in 16 months so the frozen pizza aisle kept tugging at me. Luckily, the storm suppliers, had picked out all of the good frozen pizzas.

So I headed over to the deli section and they only had cheese pizza or some GIANT pizza the size of a card table.

I thought about it.

Then I thought about Rally's as I passed it. Then Popeyes. Then Subway. Then McDonalds. Then Dominos.

Somehow I got back to my apartment without any damage and I've been cooking up some broiled chicken.

I need the weather to still be rainy and miserable tomorrow or I might use the holiday excuse to head out of the hermit bunker.

After 4 days of pigging out and 1 day to go, I'm not looking forward to the weigh-in on Tuesday morning.

Oh well, thanks to the Tigers, it has been an awesome trip.
